You can delete your data from Octora at any time. This page explains how, and describes the automated deletion callback we provide for connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
1. Delete data yourself (in-app)
- Delete individual items (bio blocks, pages, funnels, products, contacts, messages) directly in the app.
- Disconnect a connected integration (email, AI, Stripe, Instagram/Facebook) from Settings to remove its stored tokens.
- Delete your entire account and workspace from Settings → Account. This permanently removes your content and personal data, subject to limited retention required by law.
2. Request deletion by email
Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@myoctora.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. Instagram & Facebook data deletion
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you can remove Octora’s access from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). When you remove the app, Facebook sends Octora a signed deletion request to our callback endpoint, and we delete the data associated with that connection.

You may also request this directly by emailing us as described above. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation code you can use to verify the status of your request.
