Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. You get your Bio Page, you can sell your products, and you get one DM auto-reply for 50 people a month. There is no time limit and no card. On Free we keep 6% + $0.30 of each sale. On Pro and Business we keep nothing.
What does “we keep 0%” mean?
On Pro and Business, we take nothing from your sales. Your plan is how we get paid. Stripe still charges its normal fee to move the money. That fee goes to Stripe, not to us.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Change or cancel in your settings whenever you want. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the time you paid for runs out.
What are Ollie's asks?
Each time you ask Ollie to make or write something, that is one ask. Pro has 1,000 a month. Business has 15,000. The DMs she sends to your followers do not count.
Can my team use it too?
Yes, on Business. Invite your helpers and choose what each one can see and change. Business also has more asks for Ollie and faster help.
How can my buyers pay?
Payments run on Stripe. Your buyers can pay with cards and phone wallets. We are adding more ways to pay over time.
